Covid-19 Precautions

We are open for shopping in store with some extra measures in place:

• Please keep 2 metres from staff and other customers at all times

• Please use hand sanitiser when you come into the shop. We cannot accept the use of gloves.

• You may still bring your own containers to refill , but we ask you to please use a trolley to keep your items together and help us keep surfaces clean. Please weigh everything in one go so we can clean between customers.

• Our team will be wearing face coverings, washing hands regularly and cleaning surfaces between customers. We ask you to continue to wear a face covering if your are able.

We can also accept orders online if you prefer not to come in and shop yourself - see our shop, or drop us off a list. Any questions please contact orders@jarplymouth.co.uk. We will contact you when your order is ready.

Deliveries by 100% electric van are available within 3 miles of the shop for £2, free for orders over £30. Please contact us for info for other delivery areas.  We're happy for people to order with neighbours and will only charge for one trip, the charge is only being added to cover costs.
